Are you evaluating associate faculty this semester? Did you know you can get paid for each observation? According to our Faculty Assembly contract, you can claim two hours of additional pay for each observation you complete. Per section C.12.0 of our District/Faculty Assembly Agreement (p.30): “Faculty carrying out observation and evaluation of associate faculty shall be compensated for 2.0 work hours (0.061 non-contractual non-teaching LHE) per observation at the applicable
